Beauty giveaway – Liz Earle

*UPDATE: This giveaway has now closed.  Thanks xx

I’m a little obsessive when it comes to my skin.  I wasn’t blessed with clear skin at school and at the age of 28 I fiiiiiinally feel like I’m happy with how it looks.  A large part of this is down to Liz Earle.  The beauty range may be relatively new but it’s taken the UK by storm, winning recognition and awards galore.  From the cleanser – which is suitable for all skin types – to its moisturisers, toners and brilliant facepacks, I use the whole lot.  Even their perfume!

They do have a make up range which I’ve yet to try but that’s because my make up collection has taken years to pull together and I’m pretty happy with it.  Anyway, that’s another post for another time.

Here are the products I use regularly: (from left to right)

Liz Earle Botanical Essence No.1 Perfume (RRP £47 for 50ml)

Brightening Treatment Mask (RRP £14.75 for 50ml)

Instant Boost Skin Tonic (RRP £13.25 for 200ml)

Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (RRP £24.75 for 200ml tube)

Smoothing Line Serum (RRP £14.75 for 10ml)

Skin Repair Moisturiser Dry/sensitive (RRP £19.25 for 50ml)

Skin Repair Moisturiser Normal/combination (RRP £19.25 for 50ml)

Foot Repair Moisturiser (RRP £13.50 for 100ml)

Gentle Face Exfoliator RRP (£14 for 70ml)

Hand Repair (RRP £20.75 for 150ml)

Skin Repair Moisturiser Combination/Oily (RRP £19.25 for 50ml)

Foot Scrub (RRP £11 for 100ml)

Deep Cleansing Mask (RRP £14.50 for 75ml)

Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask (RRP £14.75 for 50ml)

Eyebright Soothing Eye lotion (RRP £10.75 for 150 ml)

I use the Dry/sensitive moisturiser in the winter and before long haul flights.  It’s also good if you work in an air conditioned office all day long as that climate makes your skin dry out!  The Combination/Oily moisturiser is great in the summer and the Normal one acts well as an’ ‘in between option’.

lefacepacks The range has 3 fantastic face packs.  The intensive nourishing mask gives your skin a big kiss of moisture – perfect for winter.  The deep cleansing one is key if you suffer from breakouts.  The brightening mask is great once a week – it just seems to give your skin a real boost!

Anyway….. to celebrate my first beauty range review, I am going to run a beauty giveaway.   The prize is two of the range’s best products: the Hot Cloth Cleanse and Polish and the Hand Repair cream.  Together, this amounts to a prize value of £45.50!

  6. Current favourite is Benefit’s Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow liquid foundation. It’s great. And full of SPF skin-protecting goodness. Really want to try the Liz Earle skin tint next though, heard lots of good things about it.

I, too, love Liz Earle products and can thoroughly recommend the wonderful facials you can enjoy at the flagship London store. In this lovely summer weather I am using Garnier’s BB cream but I was previously loving Giorgio Armanis Maestro foundation.

Looking forward to some more yummy recipes, Hannah.

  8. Georgia Armani Maestro is my favourite too, and of course love Liz Earle 🙂

My favourite foundation is probably Laura Mercier. It’s so light and feels great on my skin. It’s very easy to apply and doesn’t leave you looking ‘dirty’. It has a very special ingredient what also helps acne/pores etc. It has SPF in it too, which is great for summer! It is expensive but definitely worth it! It feels just like a BB cream, as it is light, makes you look natural, has sun protection in and helps fight pores. This is a great foundation and I highly recommend anybody with acne or who struggles to find the perfect foundation for them. It’s such a perfect fit and suits any skin type. It’s not harsh on skin at all, also it is easy to remove. My email is and my twitter is beautyqueen3112 🙂 I would love to win this awesome giveaway. Thank you for doing this!!
